Turn on walking in the app. Every 1,000 steps fills a box, and a new box can be earned every 6 hours, so up to four a day. If you miss one, up to two wait for you.

Every box shows its odds before you open or buy it, including the chance of rare gold, diamond and secret toys. Paid boxes only give toys you don't own yet.

Install Pockle and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. Your shelf, spares, fusions and badges come with you.

Offer a spare to a friend or post it on the public ledger. In the trade room you can accept, decline, counter, or ask for a sweeter deal. Trades are toy-for-toy, expire after 24 hours, and both players confirm before anything moves.

Check that Pockle has permission to read physical activity (Android) or Motion & Fitness (iPhone) in your phone's settings, and that walking is turned on in Pockle's settings.

Close and reopen Pockle while connected to the internet; it will finish delivering. If it still hasn't arrived, email support@playpockle.com with the time of purchase and your collector name.

Tap their collector name, then Report or Block. Blocked players can't send you trades or reactions.

Yes, from your profile. Names must be 3–16 letters, numbers or underscores, and must not be your real name or offensive.
